What are the advantages of magnesium alloy die-casting parts?
1. Because magnesium alloy has excellent flow properties, it can produce more complex and thinner parts than aluminum alloy die-casting.
2. Magnesium alloy has good thermal conductivity and metal electromagnetic protection performance, which is more suitable for electronic industry products than other alloys.
3. Rich in magnesium resources. The material can be recycled.
4. Sound insulation and vibration damping are both good.

Q1. Are you in Shenzhen or Dongguan?
Our office is in Shenzhen, die casting workshop is in Dongguan.
Q2. What’s your mould making lead time?
It’s based on the product size and structure, usually the mould making lead time is 4weeks from the mould design confirmed to mould finished.
Q3. How to control the quality?
We have QC department, the two-dimension measuring instrument and three-dimension measuring instrument, in a mass production stages, we will have the special QC and PE engineer to control the product quality, test 10pcs each hour.
Q4. Can you tell me if you have a MOQ?
The minimum order is 1000 piece, however twice less quantity is allowed for trial production.
Q5. Can you tell me how long I need wait for sample?
The delivery time for samples is nearly 40~60 days.
Q6. How could I get a quotation?
The details of price based on your product drawing, order quantity, product material and surface-treatment. So if you need quotation plz send us your part drawing to invesgate and tell us details of you product.
Q7. What’s the conditions and payment requirements?
The payment is acceptable of T/T, L/C and West Union.
Q8. What about the mould guarantee lifetime?
Mold life span depends on your oder quantity, generally the metal alloy mold range from 60k~150k shoot, and plastic injection mold range from 200k~1000k shot. In addition we could supply free mold if it exceed life span for your large quantity.
