F1. Sind Sie in Shenzhen oder Dongguan?
Unser Büro befindet sich in Shenzhen, die Druckgusswerkstatt liegt in Dongguan.

F2. Wie lange beträgt Ihre Vorlaufzeit für die Formherstellung?
Die Vorlaufzeit für die Werkzeugherstellung beträgt je nach Produktgröße und -konstruktion in der Regel vier Wochen – vom bestätigten Formenentwurf bis zur Fertigstellung der Form.

F3. Wie kontrollieren Sie die Qualität?
Wir verfügen über eine Qualitätskontrollabteilung sowie zwei- und dreidimensionale Messgeräte. In der Massenproduktion setzen wir spezielle QC‑ und PE‑Ingenieure ein, um die Produktqualität zu überwachen und stündlich jeweils zehn Stück zu prüfen.

F4. Können Sie mir mitteilen, ob Sie eine Mindestbestellmenge (MOQ) haben?
Die Mindestbestellmenge beträgt 1.000 Stück; für Testproduktionen sind jedoch auch Mengen von der Hälfte zulässig.

Q5. Can you tell me how long I need wait for sample?
The delivery time for samples is nearly 40~60 days.

Q6. How could I get a quotation?
The details of price based on your product drawing, order quantity, product material and surface-treatment. So if you need quotation plz send us your part drawing to invesgate and tell us details of you product.

Q7. What’s the conditions and payment requirements?
The payment is acceptable of T/T, L/C and West Union.

Q8. What about the mould guarantee lifetime?
Mold life span depends on your oder quantity, generally the metal alloy mold range from 60k~150k shoot, and plastic injection mold range from 200k~1000k shot. In addition we could supply free mold if it exceed life span for your large quantity.
